1. All orders must be placed on-line at www.callancomputers.com.
2. In the event of an input error you can contact our sales support at 041-9878742.
3. E-Mail acknowledgments for orders will be sent when www.callancomputers.com has received full payment and has accepted the order.
4. Callan accepts no responsibility and will not be liable in any way to you if the products ordered are unavailable or if an order is not accepted or rejected or not rejected.
5. Products ordered by you are specially ordered and, in some cases, custom built. Accordingly, an order or Contract for Products may not be cancelled, revoked or terminated by you except as expressly provided in this Agreement or, in specific cases, with Callan prior written consent.
An attempted revocation of an order will only be effective if Callan confirms its receipt of, and agreement to, the revocation within one (1) business day of the notification first being sent.
6. www.callancomputers.com is open to all Buyers, either professional Buyers or consumers over eighteen years of age, with the legal capacity to enter into contracts with Sellers.
7. Membership to the website is free.
8. To confirm their membership to the website, Buyers must register by providing all of the information requested in the Account Details, namely their surname, first name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.
9. Once all of the information requested through the website has been sent, the Buyer must choose a username and password, which will enable them to access their order tracking Account.
