Return and Refund Policy

We aim to resolve your queries promptly, all approved returns will be issued with an RMA (Return Authorisation Number) which will normally be valid for 14 days but it should be noted that some manufacturers allow less time than this. If we need to look into queries we will endeavour to review within 24 hours, sometimes if third party information is required, they may take longer to resolve.

Authorisation for returns will be advised within 2 – 4 days.
On instruction, return product or products to Callan or directly to manufacturer if applicable.
Returns must be packaged securely including all cables, manuals, accessories with original packaging and the RMA clearly displayed on the outside of the package. Returns not clearly displaying a valid RMA number will be refused by Callan.
Unwanted or unsuitable products may be cancelled and returned to Callan within 7 working days at your own expense. Credit will be authorised in line with the "Distance Selling Directive". Normally a restocking charge of 10% or €25 (which ever is the greater) will be applied to the return credit. Products must be unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.
Dead on Arrival goods must be returned to Callan with original packaging, cables, manuals, accessories. Once the fault has been verified a replacement will be authorized.
Goods Damaged On Arrival - If your goods are visibly damaged on arrival you should either write on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery Document that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Once the damaged goods are received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. If the damage has not been marked on the POD or the claim is not logged within 48hours we may not be able to proceed with the claim and may only be able to approve the return if accepted by the carrier.
Order Error: If we have made an error with your order, please email info@callancomputers.com with the description of the error within 14 days of the invoice date. The query will be checked by our sales team against your original purchase order. Products must be unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.
Over shipment: If you have received additional products you have not ordered, please email info@callancomputers.com with the information as soon as possible. We will arrange to have these collected from you.
Incorrect Products: If you have received incorrect products that do not match your order, delivery note and invoice, please email info@callancomputers.com with the information as soon as possible. We will arrange to have these collected from you.
Missing Products: If you discover that some goods are missing on arrival, you should write on the carrier’s Proof of Delivery Document that you have not received the right number of boxes.
Software – Any software packaging which is opened cannot be returned for credit. Unwanted software items will be refunded only if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase.
