"Buyer" refers to the person who purchases Products on the www.callancomputers.com website from Sellers.
"General Conditions" refers to the present document.
"Account" refers to the order tracking service made available to the Buyer on the website.
"Products" refers to all of the products and services put up for sale by Seller on the www.callancomputers.com website.
"Seller" refers to www.callancomputers.com who puts their products up for sale on the website.

1.8 None of the provision of this Agreement will be interpreted so as to deprive you of any rights you have as

3. Serviced Countries
3.1 This Website is intended for use only by persons legally resident in Ireland.
4. Accessing the Website
4.1 Access to this Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and Callan reserves the right to withdraw or
amend the service we provide on this Website without notice (see below). Callan is not liable if for any reason
the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
4.2 From time to time, Callan may restrict access to some parts of this Website, or the entire Website, to users
who have registered with Callan.
4.3 If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of
information as part of Callan's security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must
not disclose it to any third party. Callan has the right to disable any user identification code or password,
whether chosen by you or allocated by Callan, at any time, if in Callan's opinion you have failed to comply with
any of the provisions of this Agreement.
4.4 When using this Website, you must comply with the provisions of Callan's acceptable use policy.

published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are
reserved.
5.2 You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from this Website for your
personal reference and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on this
Website.
5.3 You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in
any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics
separately from any accompanying text.
5.4 Callan's status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of material on this Website must

use this Website will cease immediately and you must, at Callan's option, return or destroy any copies of the

6.1 You are not required to register if you simply want to browse through the content on this Website.
6.2 However, registration is required to purchase goods or products through the Website. Registration is at
the sole discretion of Callan. Only entities or persons legally resident in Ireland may register.
6.3 You will be asked to provide information such as your name, address, consumer / business status,
telephone number, company name, position in company, department in company and email address in order to
register. All information supplied must be complete and accurate and up-to-date. In addition, you must choose
a user ID and password. Callan may restrict the user ID or password you can choose.
6.4 If Callan accepts your application for registration, you will be provided with an individual account.
6.5 Callan may at any time, without notice or reason, suspend or terminate your access to this Website, any
service forming part of this Website or your account with Callan. Callan is not liable to you or any third party for
any suspension or termination in this way.
7. Invitation to Make An Offer Only
7.1 The content of this Website does not constitute, and should note be construed as, the terms of a
contractual offer. Rather, it is an invitation to you to make an offer to Callan to purchase the relevant good.
7.2 This website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite Callan's efforts, some of the products listed on this website may be incorrectly priced. If a product's correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, Callan normally, at it's discretion, either contacts you for instructions before dispatching the product, or rejects your order and notifies you of such rejection.
7.3 Callan is under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after it has sent you a purchase confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as mis-pricing.
8. Reliance on Information Posted
8.1 While Callan endeavours to give reasonable reviews and information, commentary, reviews and other
materials and information posted on this Website are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should
be placed. Callan therefore disclaims all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such

19.2 The Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to this
Website or any matter or dispute arising out of, or in connection with, a visit to this Website (although Callan
retains the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of this Agreement in your country of residence or
any other relevant country).
19.3 This Agreement and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with it or its subject
matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) is governed by and construed in accordance
with Irish law.

20.1 Callan may revise this Agreement at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page
from time to time to take notice of any changes Callan makes, as they are binding on you. Some of the
provisions contained in this Agreement may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on
